This is the secret I have kept for the longest time in my life. Yes, I am the perennial gossip and I can never keep a good one! (well, the not-so important ones anyway…)
Ever accepted a bet as to how much chow mein and sweet ‘n’ sour pork you could gobble down at an all you can eat chinese? Well, now your best dreams have come true because…There exists in the labyrinth that is London, an ALL YOU CAN DRINK establishment!!
Not only is this a swanky hotel restaurant, but they offer good wine and good food for a great price!
At Langtry’s Restaurant in the Cadogan Hotel just off Sloane Square (yes, I did promise you swanky!) their Wine Dinner Menu gets you 2 sumptuous courses of food with UNLIMITED WINE for only £29.95 !!!
It’s good wine, not the cheap stuff you poar down the sink, I promise you (and I have been known to do this to vinegary tasting wine). Although my tolerance wouldn’t allow me to consume more than 3 glasses of wine (it’s a genetic defect…), I had a fabulous time in a fantastic setting with beautiful food and enough wine to drown my student debts in!
You think that’s it? No!
The same place offers LIMITLESS CHAMPAGNE Lunch!
3 courses for just £35 with house bubbly, and £45 with Perrier Jouet. It’s worth it coughing up that extra I tell you!

I thoroughly enjoyed this tip and will most likely herd my friends down to s.square pronto, however I ask myself why someone who cannot drink more than 3 glasses of wine chooses to call herself L.L. – thoughts?
